Roles and Responsibility

Must Have - Skills / Exp. / Certifications etc.Position – SAP HRM/HCM Consultant

         8+  years of SAP HRM/HCM module exposure with at least 2 End to End implementation and 2 support projects.

         Should have functional configuration experience in Organization Management, Personal Administration, Time management, Payroll, PD, ESS and MSS modules.

         Hands on experience in SAP Fiori HCM Applications.

         Provide technical help to technical team to create custom report to meet business requirements.

         Monitor and resolve tickets raised by end users and provide resolution.

         Root cause analysis for issues raised by end users and providing timely resolution.

         Responsible for maintaining all the integrations between SAP HCM module and non-SAP HCM applications.

         Good exposure in data migrations, data mapping and LSMW tool.

         Experience in HCM Security & authorization.

         Experience in preparing documents like functional design specs, technical design specs, test cases for unit testing, end user training and UAT document.

         Experience in SAP HCM and non-SAP applications integration projects.

         Good knowledge in ABAP- HR module

         Excellent Communication skills.

Following skills will be added advantage:

         Knowledge in SuccessFactors BizX, Learning module and Performance and Goals management module.

         Knowledge in SAP PS (Project system) module.
