We are inviting applications for QA Lead with 7 to 10 years’ experience.

Responsibilities:

•         Executes and creates test plans and clear, concise test scripts for new products or enhancements to existing products. Defines moderate level scenarios and variations in data to adequately perform testing.

•         Schedules and performs appropriate testing; submits errors and issues to development for correction, and retests once errors have been corrected following established procedures. Reports test results and status as appropriate.

•         Tracks defects and causal analysis to closure.

•         Coordinates and performs basic testing projects from initiation through delivery. Ensures that testing projects are completed on schedule.

•         May submit test plans and test reports for review and feedback.

•         May create and maintain test libraries, databases, and test environments.

•         May assist with any software changes for documentation update or correction.

•         Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test data, test scenarios, and other testing related documentation based on the requirements and technical specifications.

•         Interpret and implement quality assurance standards

•         Ensure data integrity standards.

•         Plan, develop, execute, maintain, and improve Automated Test Frameworks and Automated Test Scripts

•         Identify areas for improvement in the quality system

•         Create and maintain libraries and object repositories

•         Perform reviews, walkthroughs, or inspections.

•         Work closely with the Development, BA and Business teams to gather and understand use cases for automation

•         May assist and instruct software developers in designing test cases for unit testing.

•         May assist with any software changes for documentation update or correction.

•         May assist with alpha and beta testing; prepares enhancement test plans used at beta site.

Must Have Skills:

•         7 to 10 years of relevant experience for QA Lead role and 5 to 7 years of relevant experience for Sr QA role

•         Hands on Experience on UFT/SOA Test Tools and TestBench technologies

•         Ongoing knowledge of automated testing industry best practices and trends

•         Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work in an unstructured, fast-paced environment
